The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various machinery and equipment, ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints, and a solid understanding of manufacturing practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines to produce high-quality components.
• Assembly and sub-assembly operations.
• Quality inspection.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain a safe working environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the manufacturing process.

Experience

• 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing facility is preferred.
• Production machine operator experience.
• Assembly and sub-assembly experience is preferred.
• Quality inspection experience.
• Attention to details.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Regular on-time attendance.
