Exciting Job Opportunity: Join Our Team as a Machine Operator!
Do you have an eye for detail and a passion for learning? We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Machine Operators. In this role, you will learn the ins and outs of setting up, maintaining, and operating production machinery. We value reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, so these qualities are essential for success in this position.
If you're interested in expanding your skill set, on-the-job training is available to help you learn and improve. You'll also need to be a team player, as close collaboration with your co-workers is critical to ensuring smooth production procedures and maximizing efficiency and profits.
As a contract/probationary employee, you'll have the opportunity to earn pay increases and benefits when you're considered for full-time employment after completing your probationary period. This is a second-shift position (5pm-5am) with a competitive starting wage of $19/hr and guaranteed overtime.
To be considered for this position, you must be able to pass a background check and drug screen. No previous manufacturing experience is required, and a high school diploma or GED is not necessary.
