- Responsible for all purchasing for the field office and residential.
- Maintains proper stock and organization of all inventory parts needed for field service technicians.
- Picking up and delivering parts.
- Update online parts list pricing once a year, or as new parts are received.
- Answer phones and pass messages on to the correct party.
- Building/receiving quotes for customers.
- Keep the customer informed with timely updates.
- Proactively obtain updates from parts suppliers to prevent field service disruption.
- Punctual and concise communication with your manager on the status of orders.
- Receiving, organizing and staging parts for field service work.
- Maintain shop organization/housekeeping. (Organizing parts bins, restocking unused parts, keeping pallet racks filled with jobs, and staging projects per manager's instructions).
