Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Tig Welder position for a local Caddo Mills, Tx company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!
In this role, you will:
- Perform TIG welding on stainless steel outlets and drains
- Produce clean, precise, and structurally sound welds
- Interpret basic welding specifications and instructions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
We like to hear from candidates with the following:
- Previous TIG welding experience, preferably with stainless steel
- Ability to read and follow basic blueprints or weld instructions
- Consistent attendance and punctuality—must show up on time
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and willingness to keep the work area clean and safe
