Job Description
The CEE Program Specialist, under general supervision, performs moderately complex administrative work related to the wide variety of programming, events and communications, and operations associated with the Center for Educational Excellence. Collaborates with the Center's leadership to design high-quality programs and events that reflect the values of the CEE and Tarleton State University.
This is a full-time, in-office position based at Tarleton State University's main campus in Stephenville, Texas. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexibility required to accommodate evening and weekend responsibilities as needed. Travel to other Tarleton campuses may be required based on operational needs. Must have the ability to work remotely at the request of the university in times of inclement weather or other special circumstances.

Travels occasionally for events at other locations (including Tarleton's outreach locations in Fort Worth, Waco, and College Station). Travels occasionally for professional development, such as conferences. Works outside of normal office hours for event coverage as needed.

Salary Range:
The target base annual salary range is $49,000 to $68,330.50 and may be negotiable based on funding availability and candidate experience/skillset in relation to the minimum requirements of this position.
