Position Summary:

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. The role covers inbound and outbound activities, optimizing space utilization, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations, continuous process improvement to support business operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations:

• Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and delivery.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and efficient order fulfillment and outbound deliveries.
• Monitor stock conditions, maintain accurate inventory records, and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Lead and coordinate monthly stock counts and annual inventory cycle counts with internal and external auditors.
• Manage and maintain warehouse supplies, equipment, and general upkeep.
• Identify and implement improvements in warehouse processes, layout, and workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Team Management:

• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse team members to achieve performance goals.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and productivity.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge in medical business and regulatory would be advantages.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management practices and inventory control.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Good command in English communication skill.
