About the role: As a Customer Service Associate in a Mailroom your primary responsibility is to support mail
and shipping operations performing a variety of office services tasks.

Minimum Requirements: • Minimum of 6 months customer service related experience preferred but not required, will train successful candidate • High school diploma or
equivalent (GED) required
Qualifications: Team-Oriented Contributor • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written • Lifting up
to 50 lbs • Willingness and availability to work additional hours if assigned • Ability to meet employer's
attendance policy • Must be able to sit, stand, and/or walk for long periods of time
This is a climate-controlled mailroom environment with occasional exposure to dust and toner. Office casual dress is required. Downtown Evanston, IL
location 2 blocks from public transportation.
The pay for this position is $15/hr for 30 hours per week. Standard office hours are from 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Monday-Friday, hours with options for flexible start and end times within that range.
