Job Description:

InGenesis is sourcing for Certified Nursing Assistants to work with our client in Columbia Falls MT. In this role, you will provide direct care to residents in the Montana Veterans Home. Please note, candidates must have their own housing. We are hiring for 1st Shift, 6:00am - 2:30pm full time hours working every other weekend.

Job Duties:

• Measuring and recording residents’ vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse, and respiratory rate.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as eating, personal hygiene, and dressing.
• Providing compassionate support to residents/family members and encouraging open communication.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Montana Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification.
• Three years of related work experience as a CNA in long term care, 2 years of dementia care experience.
• Other equivalent combinations of directly related education and experience may be considered.
