Objective of Job:
- Technical leadership and guidance of operational employees in production.
- Support the supervisor in guaranteeing the material process flow meets customer requirements and internal business targets.
Principal Activities:
- Adjust labor to increase efficiency based on customer demand and inventory.
- Provide proper communication in pre-shift and end-of-shift, including accurate documentation.
- Ensure hourly production targets are met for assigned line/area.
- Coordinate employees and machine usage to provide stable efficiency and productivity for defined area.
- Provide recommendations to supervisor regarding disciplinary actions, associate development, including cross-training, time-off/PTO and schedule changes to assure daily production quotas.
- Identify quality issues and troubleshoot to resolution with production team.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 3-5 Years Manufacturing Experience.
- Conflict Resolution.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
