Objective of Job:

  • Technical leadership and guidance of operational employees in production.
  • Support the supervisor in guaranteeing the material process flow meets customer requirements and internal business targets.

Principal Activities:

  • Adjust labor to increase efficiency based on customer demand and inventory.
  • Provide proper communication in pre-shift and end-of-shift, including accurate documentation.
  • Ensure hourly production targets are met for assigned line/area.
  • Coordinate employees and machine usage to provide stable efficiency and productivity for defined area.
  • Provide recommendations to supervisor regarding disciplinary actions, associate development, including cross-training, time-off/PTO and schedule changes to assure daily production quotas.
  • Identify quality issues and troubleshoot to resolution with production team.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 3-5 Years Manufacturing Experience.
  • Conflict Resolution.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
