This role will be part of the Corporate Functions Tower for Group Technology, which oversees IT service delivery and manages key relationships across all corporate and central units, including Finance, HR, Legal & Compliance, Services/Facilities, and Procurement. The Tower also manages cross-functional domains such as document management, collaboration platforms, corporate websites, and Group-wide Identity Access Management (IAM), as well as selected central platforms and Regulatory/Integrated Risk Management (IRM) product delivery.

Your Job

  • Support the strategic direction of technology investments to help develop the enterprise architecture and maximizing the return on technology investment
  • Design and implement complex end to end solutions that meet both functional and non-functional requirements (e.g. new interfaces)
  • Ensure long term technical viability of new deployments, infusing key analytics technologies where appropriate and maximizing the return on technology investments
  • Establishment and further development of an efficient Run organization in cooperation with our partners
  • Ensure adherence to appropriate standards (performance, monitor capability, patterns, audit acceptability, secure environment), compliance to regulatory requirements (VAIT) and a balance between functional, service quality and systems management requirements
  • Guiding solutions through the appointed Architecture Review Board, as required. Work with enterprise architects to ensure that project designs and solutions are prepared for review at the EA solution design forum
  • Communicate of architecture goals to business and consulting during the development of product requirements

Your Profile

  • Preferably a University degree in Computer engineering / IT or similar qualification
  • Several years of experience in delivery of IT solutions in the financial services industry
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP BTP/CPI with experience in managing priorities and workloads and coordinating the resolution
  • Strong knowledge of IT architecture principles, enterprise architecture frameworks, and various technology platforms.
  • Proficiency in integrations around SuccessFactors, HCM and other systems.
  • Preferably, you are already ITIL or SAP certified or have the readiness to pursue one with our support
  • Strong solution strategy ability, including a demonstrated ability to communicate solutions and their benefits to stakeholders in IT and business unit
  • Knowledge of critical aspects and complexities of Insurance domain is an advantage
  • Knowledge of regulatory (insurance and banking) reporting is an advantage
