Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Business Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Salesforce implementation.
  • Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Configuration and Testing: Configure and test Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements.
  • User Adoption and Training: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure user adoption and proficiency with Salesforce.
  • Project Management: Assist with project management activities, including project planning, status reporting, and issue resolution.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and the technology teams.

In addition to the above responsibilities, this individual is held accountable for all other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related discipline (or equivalent work experience)
  • Salesforce Experience: 2+ years of experience with Salesforce, preferably with a focus on process improvement.
  • Business Analysis: 3+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a related field.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Project Management: Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle high pressure situations.
  • Ability to design, analyze, measure, and improve processes, and continuously monitor for effectiveness.
  • HVAC Industry Experience: Experience working in the HVAC industry or similar field a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Education/Experience-4 Year /Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,

Information Systems or other related.

2+ years of experience with Salesforce, preferably with a focus on process improvement.

  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a related field.

Work Schedule: The office setting follows a hybrid schedule, with 2 days in the office.
