The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

Job Description:

The Shopee Ads team develops and manages on-site ads solutions to help sellers and brands reach their target audience on the Shopee platform. Meanwhile, Shopee Ads Service (SAS) focuses on empowering sellers with hands-on ad optimization and expert consultancy.

This role blends strategic analysis with hands-on service delivery. The ideal candidate will assess Shopee Ads Services' performance while actively enhancing the support provided to brands.

Analysis & Strategy:

• Monitor product feature updates and industry trends to support campaign performance improvements.
• Utilize data to review performance and develop ads strategies that align with brand objectives.
• Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes and campaign analysis.

Service Delivery and Tactical Execution

• Provide foundational ads recommendations to brands, leveraging data insights and product knowledge.
• Support strategic discussions and performance reviews alongside senior team members.
• Assist in resolving technical issues related to ad campaign delivery.

Requirements:

• Maximum one year experience in an ads platform (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Amazon Ads) or a performance marketing role, with exposure to managing ad campaigns will be a must.
• A working understanding of digital advertising metrics and KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.).
• Clear communication and presentation skills, with the ability to support stakeholder discussions.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Foundational skills in business and quantitative analysis, with an eagerness to grow in data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with Google Sheets, MS Excel.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the role, with an interest in developing advanced analytical skills.
