Job Summary

The Cloud Implementation Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing cloud implementation projects within the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a deep understanding of cloud technologies. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of cloud solutions that meet business objectives.

Essential Functions

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables. Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional project teams, providing direction, support, and motivation. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements. Conduct regular reviews and assessments to maintain project quality.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and risk assessments. Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required

  • Associate's Degree /Technical school or equivalent
  • 3 years of relevant experience in the field

Preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 5 years of relevant experience in the field
  • Experience with Infrastructure, Information Security, and Cloud
  • Experience leading projects or gathering business requirements
  • Experience managing small to medium project teams (2 to 7+) within a matrix organization, and projects in multiple technologies and/or business functions
  • CRT - Project Management Professional (PMP) - PMI Project Management Institute
