Provides program direction in the area of Economic and Employment Services (EES) performance improvement by determining initiatives, developing goals and objectives, efficiency and performance indicators regarding performance improvement, data management and quality assurance; Works closely with EES Administration to establish case read priorities for the Southeast Region. Communicates case read requirements to reader staff on ongoing basis and ensures target reads are completed; Provides daily supervision, guidance, and training to the Performance Improvement staff. Performs duties associated with hiring, training, evaluating, and any needed disciplinary measures needed; Directs training staff with development of training courses to meet the goals set out by program as well as individual training needs to improve performance for EES employees. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Education – General; Two years of experience in planning, organizing, and directing the work of a department, program, or agency. Education may be substituted for experience as determined relevant by the agency. Valid Driver’s License is required and must be maintained throughout employment.
Preferred Qualifications: Must possess a well-rounded knowledge of the entire EES program, processes, and procedures. Must be able to communicate effectively in written and verbal formats.
