You will become part of our Tribe, where your role will be to work as a Solution architect realizing Danske Banks target architecture for the Risk and Compliance area. You will work together with multiple cross-functional squads and be part of our chapter of Solution Architects, defining practices, solution and reference architecture across all our 20+ squads in our tribe.

We are on a journey to simplify and modernize how we use data and technology to be supporting a leading Risk and Compliance practice. We are working hard to utilise public cloud technologies to achieve speed and scalability in what we do.

You will:

You will see the “big picture” across solutions, systems and the organization, and create architectural approaches for software design and implementation to guide the development teams.

  • Be a leading, active and contributing member of our architecture team
  • Define, refine, plan and follow up on the architecture runway
  • Work with senior stakeholders to define our target and solution architecture to reach our strategic ambitions
  • Act as architecture lead in development initiatives to drive solution design and provide solution guidance to team members
  • Design solutions to meet short- and long-term business needs and requirements, aligned with strategic architecture direction and roadmaps
  • Be giving technical advice on modernization and implementation
  • Help to continuously adapt and improve the way we work across squads and tribes

About you:

As a Chief Solution Architect, you will help to discern the needs of our business, their customers and development teams. Clear and convincing communication skills, and the ability to facilitate and inspire engagement among your colleagues, are vital for this process. We are looking for proven architectural knowledge, where you have experience driving key technology and business change.

We imagine that you bring:

  • Experience in architecting, designing and transforming complex enterprise systems across multiple teams
  • Experience in creating and following up on roadmaps including scenarios
  • Experience in working with Data used for analytics and model building across technologies
  • Experience with structured modelling and documentation of Architecture e.g. ArchiMate, C4, arc42, UML, TOGAF
  • Proficiency in domain modelling and Domain Driven Design (DDD)
  • Ability to work individually and in a group
  • Ability to communicate architecture on all levels and to all stakeholders
  • Ability to drive common understanding and take the right architectural decisions
  • Advanced English skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 6640 EUR to 9960 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
