Job Description

Control Testing & Compliance Assurance (CT&CA) is an independent function within Group Compliance responsible for testing first and second line controls across Regulatory Compliance and Financial Crime risks. We are a team of 27 located in Denmark, Finland, Poland and Lithuania.

Testing is designed to assess the design and operating effectiveness of controls, providing assurance as to whether they are effective in mitigating risks. Our remit is broad and we cover all Business Units and countries, in the Danske Bank Group where there is exposure to compliance risks.

We run multiple control tests (projects) at any given time and have a structured process/framework for project execution oversight, governance and reporting.

The Business Analyst will support the Head of CT&CA and respective team leads and members in the ongoing management of the control testing program, ad hoc projects/initiatives and tasks.

The position is located in Vilnius, Lithuania.

You will:

  • Own and evolve department planning tools/materials such as project and resource trackers
  • Organise and co-ordinate governance activities such as internal and external meetings, preparation of management information, data and presentations, etc
  • Support the regular maintenance and refresh of governing documents such as instructions, procedures, process maps and guidance
  • Support the refresh and maintenance of working documents such as, report templates, working papers and other materials
  • Analyse and present data
  • Provide ad hoc support for specific control tests
  • Co-ordinate of actions to support ad hoc projects

About you:

  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Solid knowledge and experience of working within or supporting projects
  • Experience of change management
  • Extensive communication skills and advanced in English (both verbal and writing)
  • Organised, with the ability to take a task and work autonomously, whilst keeping key stakeholders informed throughout
  • Skilled in the performance and presentation of data analysis
  • Positive, solution based attitude

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 2880 EUR to 4320 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
