Job Description:

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Through regular communications align key stakeholders on the Full potential strategy and tactical plans
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including market-based marketing, sales and EdTech teams, functional partners and customers.
  • Identify and foster thought leaders internally and externally who are able to be local, regional and/or global faculty for wound closure
  • Build and execute standardized high impact customer engagement activities across the clusters that deliver on the Full Potential
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to create and deliver related platform /procedural based customer engagement initiatives to create advanced wound closure as standard of care in the focus specialties
  • Undertake market research activities as needed to uncover unmet needs and align on core product / specialty messages as part of the customer engagement activities
  • Collaborate with Biosurgery Team in customer engagement activities to as part of the specialty development and market creation in focus specialties
  • Work closely with EdTech teams to align customer enablement activities with sales enablement activities
  • Develop clear metrics to measure impact at a local and regional level for the customer engagement activities
  • Collaborate with functions, GSM and country teams to execute on initiatives and drive best practices
  • Identify evidence generation opportunities to support the Full Potential strategy and focus specialty development

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a bachelors degree is required. MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • 6+ years of overall experience in medical device or healthcare industry
  • 3+ years of marketing (product and brand) experience preferred
  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies
  • Experience in developing and executing customer engagement activities
  • Experience with thought leader and faculty development and management and development is preferred.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, project management and organizational influence skills are required.
  • Good interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on leadership, relationship development, and influence management is preferred.

Other:

  • This role may require up to 30% international travel
