HBK In Process (IP) Business Unit develops solutions for customers to enhance the reliability and accuracy of their systems, processes and products.

IP Account Manager’s Sales Team provides HBK standard and tailor-made key physical properties’ sensors, data acquisitions and services for in line measurements, product quality control, weighing and monitoring applications. Our typical customers are OEMs, system integrators, machinery manufacturers, engineering companies as well as end users in various industries such as aerospace & defence, ground transportation, food and beverage, agriculture and marine, medical and pharma, robotics and industrial automation, scales, energy, electronics and many others.

Who we are looking for:

To get closer to our customers and strengthen our market position, we are currently looking for an Account Manager within the European Account Managers Team in Spain.

You will be managing a portfolio of assigned key accounts, developing new sales opportunities from existing customers and convert high potential prospects into new clients.

You own a positive mindset and a collaborative spirit which naturally lead you to establish strong and trusting long-lasting relationships with both customers and colleagues.

Your strong commercial acumen makes easy for you to connect with multiple customer’s stakeholders, from product users to management and liaise with cross-functional internal teams to manage complex sales.

Your technical background allows you to understand customers queries and recommend the HBK solution which best fits their needs. You will be managing sales opportunities from inception to closure and lead negotiation following win-win model.

You are capable to manage the customer journey across multiple touchpoints to make the highest and best use of yours and customer’s time and hit sales targets.

Your proficiency in IT tools such as CRM enable you to autonomously prepare quote and proposals to meet customer’s requirement, but you are also capable to delegate to colleagues when necessary.

You own excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish, and English and you are familiar with IT tools, such CRM, Power BI and Microsoft Office. Last but not least, you have high-level organizational and great problem-solving skills to adapt to changes and embrace everyday challenges.

You will be working in an international, multicultural and cross generational European sales team closely connected with other sales teams and company departments.
