Responsibilities and Tasks

• Ensure strategic roadmaps, tracked to achieve business plan and latest BIC targets
• Provide program and project performance updates periodically
• Manage and ensure program and project performance to the planned schedule, cost, and scope
• Plan and schedule program/project timelines and record milestones using appropriate tools
• Communicate with all key stakeholders to request feedback and maintain positive working relationships
• Manage and control program changes including scope, plan, business rules, policies and procedures
• Work with the project teams to identify project risks and evaluate solutions

• ビジネスプランとベストインクラス目標を達成するために、戦略的ロードマップを作成し、維持、トラッキングする。
• 定期的にプログラム・プロジェクトパフォーマンスのアップデートを実施する。
• プログラム・プロジェクトが、計画されたスケジュール、コスト、スコープで確実に実行されるよう管理する。
• 適切なツールを使用してプログラム・プロジェクトのタイムラインを設定しマイルストーンを記録する。
• 主要なステークホルダー全員とコミュニケーションを取り、フィードバックを求め、良好な関係を維持する。
• スコープ、計画、ビジネスルール、方針、手順を含むプログラムの変更を管理、コントロールする。
• プロジェクトチームと協力し、プロジェクトリスクを特定し、解決策を評価する。
