The compensation target range for this role is:

Job Summary

The Order Processor II will manage the process of Order allocation and Label Management for the Fulfilment Workers and Material Handlers to ensure materials are managed and controlled following Company guidelines including Quality Systems regulations. Primary focus is Outbound Shipping but should have flexibility to support any fulfilment operation as required.

Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Focus on driving Order Fulfilment Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
• Drive Allocation and Label management for all functions of Picking, Packing, Shipping.
• Actively monitor replenishments to ensure workflow is consistent and steady.
• Root cause printer issues, daily maintenance equipment. (Printers, Hand held, etc.)
• Root cause fulfilment errors, allocation, and inventory discrepancies
• Cross functional communication between multiple departments including: Warehouse, Logistics, and Inventory Control
• Participate and direct cycle counts daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly
• Observe and recommend, present, and justify continued improvement activities
• Ability to flex and support picking, packing, and shipping when needed

Required Skills, Education, Experience:

• High school diploma preferred
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in fulfilment and shipping
• Previous experience as a lead is a plus
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Strong math skills; ability to reconcile stock count reports and existing data
• Inventory Systems knowledge is preferred; NetSuite preferred.

• Remaining in stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods of time.
• Adjusting or moving objects up to 15 pounds in all directions.

• Repetitive motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
• Assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of work assigned.

Environmental Conditions may occasionally include:

• Noisy open office environment

Work Hours (Good Faith Estimate):

This full-time position is expected to work approximately 30-40 hours per week. This is a good faith estimate, and actual hours may vary based on business needs.
