• Perform complete and independent setup of various deburr, identification and cleaning activities, working from O.I.S., prints, sketches, oral and written instructions to determine the sequence of operations to be performed, dimensions and tolerances to be held, tools to use, method of locating, aligning and holding work.
• Deburr and break edges of machine parts.
• Maintain identification of machined parts as required.
• Maintain tools and area 5S+1 in accordance with established cycles and expectations. Check for and report as received handling damage as necessary.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within manufacturing and specifically precision hand finishing to meet goals in Safety, Quality and Velocity.

Desired Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Manufacturing Experience

2-5 years experience in Hand Finishing operations

Good Communication Skills

Self Motivated

Preferred Qualifications:

Excellent Communication Skills

>5 years experience in Hand Finishing operations

Summary Pay Range:

$18.31 - $27.47
