Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead application system architecture, participate in requirement analysis, architectural design, technical decision-making, and detailed design to ensure high performance, availability, and scalability of the system.
• Upgrade and optimize existing technical and business architectures.
• Oversee the design of complex systems to ensure architectural quality; write core code, provide guidance and training, and continuously optimize the system.
• Plan and implement the application architecture roadmap.
• Draft technical documentation and reports; provide technical support and guidance to the team.
• Research cutting-edge technologies and drive innovation in relevant domains.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in Windows application system architecture design and development. Preference for candidates with AIGC application design experience.
• Strong software engineering and architectural design capabilities, with experience leading the design and implementation of at least one software product architecture.
• Proficiency in at least one of C/C++/C#; familiarity with Python/Java/Golang; strong engineering implementation skills (system design, code optimization, etc.). Expertise in design patterns and hands-on programming abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows API, inter-process communication, memory management, security mechanisms, and multi-threaded scheduling. Practical experience in performance tuning.
• Good English communication skills.
• Plus: Experience in AIGC application development.
