Night Shift, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule

What You'll Do

The Production Supervisor focuses on people leadership through empowerment and engagement and reports to the Production Manager. The Production Supervisor will direct and supervise all production activities at the operating level and achieve effective and efficient use of facilities as well as conformance to schedules and budgets.

  • Ensure all safety, environmental, and quality requirements and programs are met.
  • Oversee programs to maintain a healthy and safe working environment and compliance with regulations.
  • Direct and supervise plant operations for production, driving accountability for performance and quality standards.
  • Manage time and attendance of employees using Kronos and maintain production information.
  • Input safety incidents and quality findings into Intelex, perform root cause analysis, and complete countermeasures.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to address downtime incidents and implement countermeasures.
  • Develop team members by providing training, feedback, and clear development paths.
  • Attend regular meetings with the Production Manager to review goals, development paths, and performance.
  • This role will have 15 reports

What You'll Need To Be Safe And Successful

  • Associate's degree or equivalent production management experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, food science, business, management, or a related discipline is desirable.
  • 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Very proficient with the use of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Proficient use of SAP and Kronos.
  • PowerBi experience preferred
  • Ability to motivate team efforts to accomplish goals.
  • Ability to work with every function at every level within the business.

Compensation Data

The typical hiring range for this role is $64,479.00 to $105,272.00 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
