Description

The successful candidate is responsible to achieve the financial goals by leading and developing the business within the assigned group of clients or key account in Immunodiagnostic division. With strong selling, negotiation and relationship building skills, the candidate will work with internal support teams to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue generation and long-term account goals in line with company's business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by optimally managing the sales team in the Immunodiagnostic division and own recruiting, objectives setting, mentor and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Prospect and establish new opportunities by managing a sales pipeline and developing and delivering proposals to customers by illustrating Thermo Fisher’s value proposition.
  • Develop and design the solutions selling strategies for new business opportunities and gaining market share.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with respective internal stakeholders to provide One-Stop solution for all lab expansion and sales of products opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and current records of proposals, opportunities, accounts, contacts, leads and actions for project pipelines
  • Build and sustain relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Supervise competitive activity and industry trends, develop competitive solutions to meet sales goals.
  • Timely submittal of forecasts, weekly reports, monthly highlights and other related reports for defined territory to Commercial Manager
  • Regular and proactive updating of management on any new developments in the marketplace for example: competitor behaviors, product issues, customer changes, wins or potential misses

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Life Science/ Biochemistry/ Medical technology or any Science related fields.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant sales experience with good working knowledge of IVD industry segments (including 5 years in collaborating with channel partners).
  • Ability to collaborate and interact with cross-unctional teams and matrix partners to achieve business results and drive sales/account strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal in English.
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
  • Organized and a strong collaborator, able to work independently and across teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in SFDC
