Pay: $20 – 22/hr, depending on experience

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Assembler to join our team in Broomfield, CO. This position requires basic tool knowledge, the ability to stand throughout the shift, and a high school diploma or GED, which must be verifiable. Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical components and products according to specifications and instructions.
• Use basic hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
• Inspect and test assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED (must be verifiable).
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Previous experience in mechanical assembly or a similar role is required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
