Job Description

  • Perform daily production and packaging activities in compliance with GMP and SOPs.
  • Achieve assigned production goals and manage unscheduled workload peaks.
  • Detail critical raw materials, in-process procedures, and specifications.
  • Address corrective actions for technical issues related to raw materials and finished products.
  • Conduct in-process quality checks on sub-assemblies and finished products.
  • Resolve production line issues and notify Team Leader of corrective actions needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation per GDP and SOPs.
  • Use MRP inventory system for reporting lot-controlled ingredients on batch records.

Skills & Qualifications

  • At least two years of production/packaging experience.
  • Experience in a regulated medical device manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with GDP, GMP, GLP, FDA, and ISO.
  • Knowledge of qualification and validation trials is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and large ERP systems preferred.
  • Ability to quickly comprehend coagulation-based manufacturing processes.

Shifts Available:

  • Monday to Friday

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.63 - $23.79/hr.
