Job Title: Day Shift Warehouse Associate

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Day Shift Warehouse Associate, where you will be an integral part of our operations. This role requires commitment to a standard schedule from 6am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday, with mandatory overtime up to 2 hours daily and occasional Saturdays. You will be responsible for maintaining the flow of our warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all tasks.

Responsibilities

• Utilize RF scanners for accurate picking and pulling of inventory.
• Stock and organize automotive parts efficiently.
• Operate manual pallet jacks to transport items within the warehouse.
• Lift and move items weighing between 50-75lbs.
• Perform basic math operations such as addition and subtraction.
• Stand and walk for extended periods, while bending as needed.

Essential Skills

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently.
• Experience with warehouse functions, especially stocking and RF scanning.
• Basic math skills including addition and subtraction.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with automotive parts is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, push, pull, and reach with hands and arms.
• Occasional requirement to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or squat.

Work Environment

Our warehouse operates in diverse weather conditions, with exposure to dirt and dust. It is a fast-paced environment where noise levels are typically elevated. Dress accordingly to meet the demands of this active role.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newark, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
