Job Title: Avionics Technician

Job Description

Perform avionics installation, troubleshooting, and modifications on heavy commercial aircraft.

Responsibilities

  • Install avionics systems on heavy commercial aircraft.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve avionics-related issues.
  • Conduct modifications to avionics systems as required.
  • Perform line maintenance tasks on various aircraft models, including Boeing 747, 767, 737, Airbus 757, A320, and A321.

Essential Skills

  • 18 months of experience in avionics systems and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in aircraft maintenance and repair.
  • Experience with Boeing and Airbus aircraft models.
  • A&P license.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Military experience is acceptable.
  • Airframe license is highly preferred.
  • Full A&P certification is ideal for line work.

Work Environment

Work at CVG Airport, located in Northern Kentucky, just 15 minutes from downtown Cincinnati. The role involves working in the hangar and ramp area, with a requirement to be open to shift work. Tools are required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Erlanger, Kentucky.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
