We have an exciting opportunity within the Regulatory Intelligence, Safety, and Compliance (RISC) team to architect and build systems that quickly and accurately identify and mitigate product compliance/safety issues and potential risks to the customer experience.
We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Technical Program Manager with both business and technical acumen to drive this exciting initiative: helping shape our roadmap, defining the platform that enables multiple teams to innovate rapidly, and integrating these efforts into a coherent product. Our ideal candidate possesses great insight into our customers (and the analytical skills to develop these insights), the vision and creativity to find innovative ways to act on these insights, the technical expertise to translate ideas into innovative designs, and the interpersonal and project management skills to harness the passion and energy of teams across the company to turn designs into products that will delight our customers.
In this role, the Sr. Technical Program Manager will work closely with senior leaders, stakeholders, software engineers, Machine Learning scientists, and product teams across Amazon to deeply understand the buyer, seller, and vendor experiences, and drive large cross-organizational innovations and results.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
