Our services support businesses across the Amazon portfolio including AWS, Amazon.com, Kuiper, Twitch, Prime Video, MGM Studios, Whole Foods Market, and more! Some of our services are visible and used by Amazonians every day (e.g. human multi-factor authentication), but most of our services are operating behind the scenes. AMS is looking for an experienced Principal - Product Manager Tech to help us transform the way we create and maintain access and authorization services across Amazon. You will participate in developing the product roadmaps to execute on that vision. This role is inherently cross-functional and cross-organizational. We are looking for a highly analytical, resourceful, customer focused, team-oriented individual who also has the ability to work independently under significant time constraints to meet deadlines. You will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.

  • Driving due diligence - spanning different group of customers with varying needs and having a robust view of risk and opportunities to be factored for launching the CX.
  • Develop launch plans with internal stakeholders.
  • Communicating to senior/executive leadership tracking progress across various workstreams.

Identify customer needs, define business requirements and launch new features which improve our overall CX and value proposition.

  • Manage new projects end-to-end and ensure our high standards.
  • Define and measure success through KPIs, merchant adoption, cost-to-serve, and environmental impact (where applicable).
