The Disa Pattern Tool Designer is a highly skilled technical role responsible for the design, modeling, and machining of complex tooling components used in the DISA molding process. The designer collaborates closely with production and machining teams to ensure tooling meets exact specifications for fit, function, and manufacturability. The role also includes reverse engineering, manual machining, and quality validation using precision measurement tools and modern inspection technologies.
