Duties and Responsibilities
The Director of the Collaboration, Access, Resources, and Equity (CARE) Pathway within the Marcella Niehoff School of Nursing (MNSON) is responsible for leading all aspects of the CARE Pathway to the BSN program. This includes student recruitment, enrollment, orientation, and retention; program events and activities; and internal scholarships and awards. The Director also provides administrative oversight, supervises the ABSN CARE Pathway Coordinator and student workers, and collaborates closely with MNSON faculty and staff to support the academic success and well-being of CARE Pathway students. The Director reports directly to the CARE Pathway Faculty Director.
This position is based out of the Lakeshore Campus (LSC), but requires regular travel to the Health Science Campus (HSC).

Minimum Education and/or Work Experience
Master’s degree in college student personnel, counseling, or related field required, and two to three years of related experience.
