We’re searching for a Skopje-based Regional Facilities Manager to join our Global Facilities & Procurement team, so that we can effectively manage and optimize our property and real estate portfolio, ensuring that our global offices meet operational, regulatory, and strategic business needs. The Regional Facilities Manager will be responsible for real estate operations, lease negotiations, facilities administration, and supporting key property projects to help RLDatix scale and support growth globally.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • Manage property financials, reporting, and forecasting to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
  • Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and building maintenance in order to maintain operational excellence across the portfolio
  • Support real estate transactions—including acquisitions, lease renewals, terminations, and relocations—to optimize our property footprint
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless execution of facilities projects, onboarding new acquisitions, and capacity planning
  • Develop standardized processes and reporting to drive efficiency, automation, and data-informed decision making

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management or related fields
  • Proven success in property financial reporting, lease negotiations, and vendor management
  • In-depth knowledge on how to plan and manage real estate operations in a regulated environment
  • Ability to commute to Skopje office on a hybrid basis
  • Sincere interest in supporting global teams and improving operational excellence
  • A knack for working collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
