We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our fast-paced sales organization. This is your opportunity to be part of a team that drives growth, connects leaders, and supports the mission behind everything we do.
As Executive Assistant, you’ll support multiple sales leaders and work closely with a senior-level EA to keep our sales engine running smoothly. You’ll manage calendars, coordinate travel, handle a high volume of expense reports, and bring order to a dynamic, fast-moving team of professionals who are often on the go.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $25.00 and $37.00. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
