Data Collection Associate

Job Description

As a Data Collection Associate, you will be responsible for conducting sample collection and performing manual audits to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards. You will record and document audit findings accurately and promptly, perform accurate documentation tasks including filing, data entry, and report preparation, and execute housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized work environment. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Safety & Occupational Health team to support various initiatives and projects, following all company policies and procedures related to safety and hygiene.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct sample collection and perform manual audits to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
  • Record and document audit findings accurately and promptly.
  • Perform accurate documentation, including filing, data entry, and report preparation.
  • Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with the Safety & Occupational Health team to support various initiatives and projects.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures related to safety and hygiene.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in data entry and review.
  • Experience with reagent preparation and sample collection.
  • Knowledge of sanitation standards.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
