The IT Release Coordinator is responsible for planning and coordination of all phases and activities involved in a release. They will ensure that the release team efficiently delivers the system changes required by the business within the release timeline.

Your Impact:

• Coordinate timelines, resources, and work within a release.
• Server as a liaison between the different areas within the release team.
• Keep track of phases within the release and manage to those deadlines.
• Facilitate daily status meetings, weekly manager meetings and monitor release progress.
• Assist developers with issues, concerns, and eliminating blockers/Issues.
• Act as the point of contact and communicate release status to IT management.
• Escalate issues, scope changes and/or missing timelines to IT management.
• Use assigned reports and tools to monitor status and release progress/burndown.
• Ensure standards and processes are followed throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
• Coordinate the movement of the release through system environments and phases.
• Ensure documentation and request are properly complete for Change Advisory Board review and approval.
• Contribute to lessons learned for releases and review outcomes with management for ideas and ways to improve future releases.

Successful Candidates Will Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in IT related roles such as project coordination, release management, scum master, dev ops, and/or business analysis.
• Knowledge of and experience with common software development methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to interface with both technical and business team members at all levels within an organization.
• Knowledge of and experience working in software development projects.
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking, time-management, and ability to coordinate activities and task.
• Experience with Team Foundation Server/Azure DevOps.

At One80 Intermediaries, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings, and 10 days of paid time off and 11 paid holidays for eligible employees. The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected annual pay range for this position is estimated between $64,800 to $66,800 plus discretionary bonus. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
