Internal

1.Provide necessary support and information on project business

2. Support and coordinate with team member for project development

3.Assist Head of Operations to design internal and external SOP for project management

4.Feedback various operation matters to improve operation quality and result

5.Coordinate/liaise/work with FICO/OFR/Overseas Branch on operation and operational accounting matters

Customer

1.Offering rate to Customer for concerned inquiry.

2.Keep communication with customer on daily basis

Problem Complexity / Process

1.Handle and track the project transportation condition

2. Execute the daily operation for different projects

3.Participate in making the project’s SOP and carry out strictly.

4.Collect operation issues and report to Head of operations and then reply to overseas/Customer

5. Track and answer the question of difficult case

6.Communicate with the agent/overseas station/supplier and other colleagues about various oeration matters.

8.Ownership of file

9.Develop a culture of quality, service excellence (for internal customers), flexibility and cost consciousness

10.Develop a team spirit and multitasking capabilities within the team

11.Plan, organise and direct an efficient and effective function

Job requirement:

1.Bachlor degree in logistics or business related field

2.4 years & above working experience preferably in Freight Forwarding/Logistics Industry and at least 2 years management experience

3.proper understanding of electricity projects bidding procedure and operation process

4.Deep understanding of trade terms& logistics processes both in import & export ,sea freight & air freight.

5.minimum 5 years experience as project implementation.

6.previously participated 10 large and small-scale conventional electric projects

7.Good communication and interpersonal skill.

8.Good coordination skill.
