Mission of the Role: Define and perform System Requirements for assurance/product quality.

Key Objectives of this Role:

• Developing and documenting detailed manufacturing specification
• Interact internally with PD Systems, Software, Electrical, Mechanical
• Write specifications in Doors/Jira Tool
• Perform/participate in the necessary clarification meetings and problem-solving issues.
• Validation of the developed Manufacturer Specification
• Develop automated or manual bench test setups to perform Spec validation.
• Report results and open Defect items for problem-solving activities.
• Manufacture support mainly on the implementation of the manufacture specification
• Interact with manufacturing groups including quality to support Spec implementation.
• Support manufacture and quality team in regards some required PD expertise
• Support some task forces that might require PD expertise, spec changes, and clarification.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Manufacture and Customer Quality Satisfaction
• Accomplish launch and Change Plan Timing Plans
• Complete Product and Manufacture System Requirements coverage.

Qualification, Experience and Skills:

• Bachelor's/master's degree preferred in Electrical and Computer Engineering
• A similar function experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Problem-solving skills; good product line knowledge, knowledge of integration testing, and knowledge of vehicle networks will be an advantage.
• Able to use script-based design - Canoe/Provetech/Python
• Able to share information, written, oral, and in presentation form, clearly and accurately.
• An independent English skill is required for the position.
