What's the Role?

We are looking for a detail-oriented IT Business Analyst (Internal demands) to join our team. In this role, you will be a part of the global team responsible for demand management in regions. You will work directly with our business stakeholders to support shaping, assessing, and reviewing their demands in collaboration with our Global IT teams.

What does the role involve?

In this role, you will actively partner with business stakeholders and support demand management across all stages.

As an IT Business Analyst, you are part of the Global IT team, and your responsibilities will be:

• Demand Management: Shape and assess business demands
• Collaboration: Collaborate with global IT teams
• Teamwork: Contribute to continuous improvement of the internal demand management process
• Architecture & Security reviews: Support and/or drive approval processes
• Service Management: Handle requests and incidents (primarily in Jira)

What you need is:

• Strong self-organizational skills
• Good communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and curiosity to learn about Hilti’s business functions and their needs
• Basic understanding of IT Infrastructure (including cloud)
• Basic understanding of Project Management
• English fluency
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, or Engineering
