About this Position

• Lead the whole site Material dept.
• Be responsible for the sustainable operation of import and export, warehouse, and Production scheduling.
• Will focus on the daily Material Management operations to ensure we deliver our goods to customers with optimized material flow..

What you´ll do

• Execute importing and exporting activities of material including Customs issue handling, logistic route optimizing and logistic forwarders' performance management.
• Ensure the efficient warehouse management in compliance with bonded area regulations, inventory accuracy and chemical management requirements, through correct receiving, handling, and shipping, etc.
• Optimize and arrange the daily production schedule and works closely with production dept.
• Lead Materials management team projects continuously improve department performance.
• Coach and develop team members to support business requirements.
• Other assignment from supervisor.

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's degree or above, (Supply Chain, logistics, etc.) preferred.
• Experience in Import & Export and bonded area regulations.
• LEAN and 6 sigma knowledge is a plus.
• +8 years’ experience in electronics, automotive or chemical Manufacturing, within Supply Chain, Planning and Materials Management functions.
• Extensive knowledge of SAP, Custom system, Excel, PPT and Power BI.
• Good English and Mandarin communication skills, both written and oral.
• Good people management skill.
• Self-motivated, can work under pressure.
