The Quality Systems Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality systems within the Plant. This role will ensure that all products meet or exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements. The Quality Systems Manager will collaborate closely with various departments to manage part creation, provide part quotes, estimate annual volumes, and plan capacity to meet production demands.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality System Management:
o Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s quality management system (QMS) in compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
o Conduct regular audits and reviews of the QMS to ensure its effectiveness and continuous improvement.
o Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
2. Continuous Improvement:
o Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in quality processes, reducing waste and enhancing efficiency.
o Utilize data-driven approaches to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
o Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
3. Training and Development:
o Provide training and support to staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
o Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality management and incorporate relevant practices into the company’s operations.
4. Documentation and Reporting:
o Maintain comprehensive documentation related to quality processes, audits, and corrective actions.
o Prepare reports for senior management on quality metrics and improvement initiatives.
o Ensure proper documentation for regulatory compliance and audits.

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job site can be loud. Employee could be exposed to seasonal weather conditions if required to go outdoors. Proper use of PPE is required in Production area at all times.
