QA & Testing Lead Analyst

Position Overview

The Lead Test (Quality Engineer) Analyst will be responsible for the strategy and implementation of designing and architecting manual testing and automation frameworks for both front end and backend for SAP S/4, SAP EWM using TOSCA

We are seeking a dedicated SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Tester with expertise in TOSCA Automation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SAP EWM processes and experience in building and executing automated tests using TOSCA. You will be responsible for validating warehouse management functionalities within SAP, ensuring seamless and accurate performance of critical business processes.

Responsibilities

SAP EWM Testing:

  • Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing of SAP EWM modules, including inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes.
  • Validate key EWM functionalities, such as goods receipt, picking, packing, physical inventory, and warehouse monitoring.
  • Review functional specifications and create detailed test cases to ensure all business requirements are fully covered.
  • Analyze functional and technical specifications to create test plans and test cases for SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, FICO, EWM).
  • Ensure test coverage aligns with business requirements and user scenarios.
  • Define testing strategies for both System Integration and regression testing.
  • Conduct manual and automated testing of SAP functionalities & integration
  • Validate end-to-end SAP business processes to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Execute regression testing to ensure that new functionalities do not adversely impact existing systems.

TOSCA Automation:

  • Develop and maintain automated test cases for SAP EWM processes using TOSCA Test Suite.
  • Execute and troubleshoot TOSCA automation scripts, ensuring seamless automation across EWM functionalities.
  • Collaborate with the automation team to optimize test automation strategies and improve test coverage.

Defect Management:

  • Log, track, and retest defects identified during the testing lifecycle.
  • Work closely with the development and functional teams to resolve defects and ensure timely resolution.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test data for SAP EWM processes.
  • Provide detailed test results and reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and any potential risk areas.
  • Maintain open communication with project teams to ensure alignment on testing objectives and deliverables.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on test automation experience with preferably 2-3+ years at Healthcare or in the PBM industry.
  • Minimum 5 years of SAP EWM (Enterprise warehouse management) testing experience.
  • Strong expertise in TOSCA automation tools (certification preferred).
  • Proven track record in creating and executing automated tests in SAP environments.
  • Expert level system test automation experience.
  • Expert level End to End testing experience across multiple product teams
  • Experience in Agile development methodology.
  • Good understanding of multiple test automation frameworks and Dev Ops.
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment, learn quickly and solve problems.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs.
  • Demonstrated advanced technical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adjust to meet the needs of the audience.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to work and guide others during time constraints to meet deadlines.

Required Experience & Education:

  • University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • Minimum 6-8 years of work experience in SAP EWM (Enterprise warehouse management) testing experience & TOSCA Automation
  • Strong desire to learn

Location & Hours of Work

  • Full-time position, working 40 hours per week. Expected overlap with US hours as appropriate
  • Primarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India in a hybrid working model (3 days WFO and 2 days WAH)
