We are seeking an Digital Analytics and Optimisation Manager to join us on a 12-month parental leave cover. You will be a core part of the digital marketing team and will be responsible for analysing marketing performance, driving conversion rate optimisation and providing technical support to execute best in class digital marketing and eCommerce.

This role supports more than just the digital marketing team but is an integral role across broader Marketing and CX functions.. The right candidate will bringing technical marketing experience, thinking and problem solving to deliver growth in the acquisition, conversion and activation of new customers.

Your day in the life at amaysim

  • Lead digital analytics & optimisation: Own end-to-end tracking, performance analysis, and reporting to improve marketing ROI. Diagnose performance problems across all journeys
  • Drive conversion rate optimisation (CRO): Implement A/B testing, segmentation, and personalisation to enhance sales funnels.
  • Develop dashboards & insights: Provide data-driven recommendations to marketing and digital teams.
  • Oversee digital tracking & attribution: Manage GTM, Google Analytics, and attribution models to optimize spend and user journeys.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders: Work cross-functionally to drive business impact through data and analytics and respond data-related requests
  • Lead external analytics partners
  • Recommend and assess new technologies that will allow for strategic improvements to our analytics capability (where required)

What makes you perfect for the role?

  • Experience in roles with a data analytics focus and experience with Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager
  • Understand how digital marketing works e.g. SEO, SEM, display, social, affiliates and attribution
  • Experience with A/B Tasty or similar A/B test platform tools(i.e Optimizely, Google Optimize)
  • Experience with Tableau or similar reporting tools
  • Experience managing projects and partner agencies
  • Self-managed and demonstrated ability to work autonomously and be a positive, enthusiastic member of a small team
  • Able to manage a broad range of stakeholders within a business
