Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team. The Office Clerk will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office tasks, and ensuring smooth operations within the stadium office. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay: $21.00 an hour

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

SHIFT: Graveyard Shift - Overnight - Approximate Schedule 11pm - 7am

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, events, and appointments.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other documents as needed.
  • Handle ticket sales and customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
  • Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist with payroll processing and other basic accounting tasks.
  • Support the stadium management team with various administrative tasks.
  • Ensure the office area is clean, organized, and welcoming.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an office clerk, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.

Working Conditions:

  • Office environment within the stadium.
  • May require occasional evening or weekend work during events.
