First Look: Public Relations Associate – Investor Relations & Social Media-

The Arena Group is looking for a sharp, motivated Public Relations Associate to join our Corporate Communications team, with a focus on investor relations messaging, media outreach, and social media engagement. This role is ideal for a strong communicator who’s passionate about the intersection of finance, media, and digital storytelling, and eager to grow in a dynamic, high-visibility environment.

You’ll help craft strategic messaging for investors, support press efforts, and drive engagement across key digital channels—playing a key role in how The Arena Group shows up to the world.

The Arena Group’s expected annualized base salary range for this position is currently $65,000 - $80,000. Actual salaries will vary based on multiple factors including, but not limited to location, education, experience and other factors permitted by law. The listed salary range is but one component of The Arena Group’s total compensation and benefits available to its employees. What You’ll Do:

  • Draft and distribute press releases, earnings announcements, executive quotes, and investor-focused social media content.
  • Help manage The Arena Group’s corporate social channels (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.) with an emphasis on investor relations and reputation building.
  • Monitor media coverage, analyst reports, and competitor communications to inform and support investor relations messaging.
  • Assist in preparing briefing documents and social coverage plans for earnings calls, investor events, and media appearances.
  • Conduct research on reporters, podcasts, influencers, and relevant publications to support targeted media outreach.
  • Track key performance indicators and contribute to reporting on media impressions, social engagement, and shareholder sentiment.
  • Support special projects across communications, investor relations, and executive visibility efforts.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, business, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or digital media (internships count!).
  • Familiarity with investor relations, financial media, or earnings communications is a strong plus.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to turn complex topics into clear, compelling content.
  • A solid understanding of social media platforms—especially LinkedIn, Reddit, Instagram, and Twitter/X.
  • A curious mindset, strong attention to detail, and a desire to learn quickly in a fast-moving media environment.
