Position: Part-Time eCommerce Picker

Pay: $12.50/hour

Schedule: 29 hours per week

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to make a difference? Join our team and help support online retail efforts that directly benefit the local community. As a Part-Time eCommerce Picker, you’ll play a vital role in selecting, packing, and preparing donated items for our eCommerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to local stores to pull and pack quality merchandise for online sale
• Research product value using a smartphone, tablet, or computer
• Collaborate with store and eCommerce staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain quality control and accurate inventory manifests
• Operate in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, 100 lbs occasionally
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Comfortable with basic tech (smartphone/tablet, Office 365)
• Team player with strong attention to detail
