  • Help prepare reports, support site visits, and align all course materials with EPAS.
  • Coordinate the development and implementation of CSWE and SACCS learning evaluations with the School’s Evaluation Committee.
  • Monitor compliance with delivery formats (e.g., the 51% in-person rule for BSW and blended MSW programs).
  • Assist in writing reaffirmation reports, interim reviews, and audits.

Scheduling, Faculty Assignments & Adjunct Oversight

  • Coordinate with leadership to support the creation of faculty teaching schedules.
  • Help organize faculty evaluations and maintain scheduling tools across modalities.
  • Oversee onboarding and mentoring for adjunct faculty.
  • Coordinate GTA/GRA assignments and serve as a support for part-time instructors.

Administrative Coordination & Strategic Support

  • Track projects and timelines across academic and operational areas.
  • Represent the School at College and University operational meetings.
  • Support the Director in developing and improving processes that align with the School’s academic and strategic goals.
