The Conference and Events Manager is the primary contact that effectively and consistently delivers seamless events, conferences and meetings that add to the success of Novant Health, maximize value and optimize resources. The role oversees accurate and successful scheduling and ensures execution of event logistics, addressing the needs of in-house groups before and during their meeting and reconciliation of event reporting.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or relevant field of study, required.
• Experience: Three years Events Manager, required.
• Additional Skills (required):
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to write concisely and succinctly
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to engage with cross-functional teams
  • Focus on customer service and driving accurate results
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast paced environment
