OR Coordinator collaborates with individuals and groups both internally and externally to develop and implement strategies and tactics that enhance the direction, market positioning, and overall performance of Novant Health and its affiliated organizations.

Healthcare experience in materials management, logistics, planning, and support operations within OR/Surgical Services, preferred.

Qualifications

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED, required
• Bachelor’s Degree (4-year), preferred

Experience:

• Minimum of three years in materials management or a minimum of three years of broad experience in OR/Surgical Services, required
• Healthcare experience, preferred

Additional Skills (Required):

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Strong team orientation and effective communication skills
