Key Responsibilities Managing Requests & Data

  • Handle incoming requests from sales or other teams and process them accurately using Oracle tools and systems.
  • Ensure all details are updated consistently across different systems.
  • Track progress and follow up to make sure nothing is delayed.
  • Take ownership of complex or urgent requests and ensure they’re completed correctly.

Working with Other Teams

  • Act as a key point of contact between sales, finance, approvals, legal, and other departments.
  • Help resolve issues quickly by coordinating with the right people.
  • Keep everyone informed — from sales reps to internal teams — about the status of a request.
  • Guide and support junior colleagues when they handle difficult cases.

Using Systems & Ensuring Accuracy

  • Work confidently with Oracle tools like MyHelp, Oracle Sales Cloud (Fusion), and other internal systems.
  • Follow the latest processes and use the correct templates and documentation.
  • Check reports and data for accuracy before submitting or sharing.
  • Make sure everything is done according to Oracle’s policies and deadlines (SLAs).

Improving How We Work

  • Share ideas to improve tools, documents, or processes.
  • Stay up to date with system changes and new processes.
  • Train on new tools and procedures as needed, and help others learn too.
  • Participate in team meetings and discussions to make operations better and faster.

Special Projects & Flexibility

  • Lead or support special projects that help the team or business run more efficiently.
  • Take on other tasks when needed based on business changes or leadership direction.
  • Be flexible and ready to support colleagues in different regions or time zones when required.

What We’re Looking For Skills & Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales support, operations, or a similar role.
  • Experience using business tools and systems (Microsoft Excel, Oracle Fusion, CRM systems, etc.).
  • Comfortable working with data, processes, and multiple requests at once.
  • Able to understand and follow complex procedures.
  • Experience working with customers or teams in different regions (experience with Middle East & Africa is a plus).

Languages

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Other regional languages are a bonus.

  • Strong attention to detail and focus on doing things the right way.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Good at solving problems and making decisions under pressure.
  • Team player who can also work independently.
  • Eager to learn, improve processes, and grow professionally.
